really longe super smooth ledges some are low some are high, some go down a slight hill and some are just horizontal. and along the ledge the is a beach just through the low shrubs, and a marina with shops, food, etertainment and chicks! but beware there are crews that roam the streets and dont take to prisioners! there was a huge terf war and some kids got stuff stolen and some were sent in ambulances.....!
